I've been doing business with them regularly for several years now (supplies, bands, etc.), and have always found the service to be excellent and friendly. It's a small operation, which has its downside (when Tony and Diane are away, which is seldom, there's no one there), but it also has a big upside (service is very personal and cordial). Good products, good prices, and really nice people.
