I like that they all use brand new and/or sterilized equipment for each person.
But I don’t like that when you purchase a combo mani-pedi service, they do the manicure while you’re sitting in the pedicure chair. It only has access from one side, so you have to reach and lean over for them to get to both hands, which isn’t relaxing, and they’re holding your hand and polishing your nails up in the air without anything to really rest on. two of my fingernails came out with damaged polish, which I think wouldn’t have happened if I had been sitting at the table in a chair so they had proper support and better lighting.
Two different people looked at my finished nails, and still sent me off with the damaged polish instead of stopping to correct it: the one who did the manicure, and the gal who did the pedicure also checked it after.
She also rushed me through curing the last layers of fingernail polish, and the polish on one of my nails is bubbly and soft., about 12 hours later it literally rubbed off my nail and was still wet underneath.
Also, the exfoliating Mani Pedi combo did not include exfoliation in the manicure even though it says it will. I got a leg scrub, but they didn’t do it for my hands.
The more I look at my nails, the more annoyed I get. I don’t think I’ll go back ever again.
I had a wonderful experience with the all the ladies. I have a disability getting up/down stairs and they were kind enough to help me up and down for my pedicure. They did a beautiful job! I was so excited and I can't wait to go back again! They offered refreshments and they each jumped in, when needed. Thank you again, Ruth Shaginaw (5/7/21)
