Horrible horrible horrible experience with this company. First of all, they made 2 charges on my account AFTER I had canceled their service. Secondly, they used my image on their website for advertising their services and refused to take it down for weeks even after receiving emails and calls from me to do so. No one replies to emails and while someone does answer calls, there was absolutely no follow up. I finally had to contact my bank and they contacted Sarah Van who runs some department over there. She claimed the charges they made were due to a mysterious glitch. A glitch that lasted a whole month???? I can't take them seriously. I find them highly unprofessional and unethical.
