Be warned - all of the recent reviews related to food quality and preparation are CORRECT. This place bills itself as a steakhouse but cannot cook steaks. I dont think I’ve ever had a less appropriately cooked steak ever at a restaurant - over salted, gray outside, severely overcooked even after sending back. Not sure but feel this spot is more of a brunch vibes place.
The server was excellent and patient and professional. Wine selection is local and french too but red wines were like 80 degrees in the cup which is very off putting. Fish and salad both loaded with garlic.
Wont come back unless major changes to cooking are noted or the prices are halved.
Also BEWARE there is a mandatory 22% service charge that is not clear on the menu - tucked away in tiny font. I understand that they need to make up for minimum wage laws but requiring a 22% tip on top of a 68$ steak is extortionate.

Bea, along with the rest of the staff, were absolutely incredible. My partner and I just bought our first home and wanted to go somewhere special to celebrate. Bea was such an incredible concierge of our experience by giving helpful suggestions and treating us with 5-Star service. We cannot sing Bea's praises enough. The food was also absolutely delicious, of course! I had the best steak I've had in Seattle. Run...don't walk to Red Cow!

The steak frites here are the best, hands down, this side of the Atlantic. Steaks cooked to perfection, fries that stay crispy through your meal, with an excellent choice of sauces. The French Onion soup is just the right, and the mussels were delightful. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and take in depth precautions against Covid, including strictly enforced temperature checks on arrival. A covered yet well ventilated outside patio is both spacious and comfortable, with sufficient heaters for each table. An excellent selection of French as well as domestic wines available both by the bottle and glass. The host, Ross, is delightful, as was our waiter, Mitch. Great experience!
