STOP asking for tips. At least give the customer an option. I find is so despicable these baristas withhold the card transaction screen and ask for a tip verbally. It’s so embarrassing. We are already paying for our drink, why should there be an obligation to tip? It should be the customers voluntary choice.

Great organic coffee. Friendly service. We used the drive-thru. Ordered a shaken oat milk espresso and a cold brew.

I want to rate this experience 5-stars. The flavor of the drink, and the friendliness of the barista was 5 star-quality. Unfortunately, the barista was by himself when it was just too busy for a single barista. The drinks took a very long time, but I can't blame him, he was working by himself. I usually have a great experience here, and am sure they would earn 5-stars once properly staffed.
