Terrible company and people. My car has been towed by Redline Towing and spent a couple of weeks at their storage facility. Everything they do is "by the law". However, this is pretty much legal extortion. Their goal is to keep the car on their lot as long as possible so they can charge you more and therefore make your life as had as possible.

On top of it, they damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility. I guess the next step is to take them to small case court.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
