The location is perfect, its surrounded by alot of great stores and its only a short drive to the city. Our group had 3 rooms, 2 double queens and a king all with a river view which was beautiful! The staff was very friendly especially the ones who work in the bar & grill. I regret not catching the waitresses name because she was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, it was nice to have a decent breakfast every morning. My only issue was the cleanliness of the rooms, it wasn't the best, I know due to the pandemic that some services are limited so I didn't even complain about it. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms are nice. Everything was clean. The pool was a lot of fun! The receptionists were a bit rude for check in and check out but the maids were lovely. We asked the reception for new bedsheets because there's been a little accident and it never came, good thing the maid was very helpful. The location is good because you are like 2 min away from restaurants and shops but you can't walk anywhere and there's a big homeless camp right next to the parking.

The hotel is a sprawling resort from another era. The beds are very comfortable. It was cool enough in the room to sleep - most new hotels are hot and stuffy.
Nice view of the water from the balcony.
We were here for a meeting - the staff was very nice and accommodating. It took a bit too long to check in to our room as we wanted a first or second floor room but they got that after a wait.
The meeting room was comfortable but cold - bring a jacket.
Bar and restaurant had very nice staff as well.
The restaurant - asked for my pork chop to be served a bit on the rare side but sadly it was dry and overcooked.
Would go back - they host the Rose City Classic dog show so we always support hotels that support us!
