DISGUSTING!!!! If there was less than one star, I would give it that!!!! I visited this hotel after a long trip back from glacier National Park & I glanced at the reviews beforehand that said the hotel was ok, BIG MISTAKE. We got there, we got into the first room. The entire hallway smelt, terrible like body odor cigarettes and musty sour mold ( first red flag) got into the first room looked around and the bed was stained with either beer, urine or vomit stains... couldn't tell... The nightstand next to the bed, it had something white and sticky dripping all over it down to the ground. There were brown splatter gunk all over the wall of the shower... looked like feces and there was still spit marks in the sink. There was fur and popcorn on the room chair. It was pretty disgusting. There was also makeup stains on the pillowcases. I kid you not, I can't make this up... We went to the front asked for new sheets and a new comforter, Two gentlemen, I think father and son came in and changed our sheets out and blanket. After sitting there, contemplating for about ten minutes, we went back to ask for a refund, and just leave... she said we couldn't, but would trade us into a different room. It was on the lower level, it smelled a little better on that level, but when we got into the room and looked at the sheets, it was soaked with urine stains and had black and brown marks on the bottom part of the comforter with pen marks all over it... We even have photos of it. It was absolutely disgusting. I finally went up there. This was, I think the 3rd time going up to the front desk to try to find a solution and she finally said fine. I'll give you a refund after she originally said she couldn't give us a refund she finally gave it to us the cash and we left....

The beds hurt my partners back and neck. Breakfast only breads, and yogurt food wise. Stains all over the carpet. Fire alarm was hanging on by wires. The walls and roof are so thin I heard people upstairs walking around due to the creaky floors. The only saving grace was the nice staff and the lack of bugs.

Positive: The staff were super friendly and tried their best to give us a great stay. Negative: The hotel is in desperate need of cleaning and replacement of the carpet through out. The lobby has new vinyl plank and is relatively clean, but the hallways, pool and rooms need cleaning. The beds however did seem quite clean.
