I wish I had read the reviews before I got here. Horrible smell as soon as you walk in the door. No TV, phone, fridge or microwave. The little accessories in the bathroom were all empty. Staff were in dirty filthy clothes. Homeless people everywhere, and I mean everywhere! I asked the front desk about them hanging around in the parking lot close to my window. He told me he can't do anything about it and that they don't bother people. I'm so amazed that this place stays open.. it is just unbelievable! Do not stay there! I've seen all the bad reviews from other people and they say the same thing. The management responds with a thank you for your input and that they will work on it. I don't know who owns the place but they should be ashamed of the way they scam you with pretty pictures that don't look at all like the room. Yuck!!
Unfortunately I am now reading the reviews after staying here. This was hands down the worst “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. Someone in the reviews compared it to an SRO and that couldn’t describe it more perfectly. The homeless coming and going, my neighbour had visitors all hours of the night and some of them ended up knocking on my door by mistake. The weird sign in the lobby warning of said visitors. My ground floor window didn’t lock and could easily open from outside so I had to use my hiking stick to wedge in between to ensure no one climbed in. The room itself was dirty and run down, only saving grace was I didn’t see the roaches…no doubt they were there though. I contemplated packing up and heading for anywhere else but it was late and I had been driving all day. I gave it 1 star because google doesn’t let you give 0.
