The service here was impeccable. They helped us with some very special requests we had and they were super kind and understanding and honest. They were super helpful and checked up on us constantly to make sure we had everything we needed. Best service I have had at an establishment for a long time. So I just wanted to give the workers here a shout-out and a five star for the awesome service we had here. One of our family's back was in a lot of pain and I asked them for a bag of ice for her back and they happily obliged and got if for us very quickly. The food is super yummy and on time and the drinks are exquisite.

I always eat at the bar when I go to RedRobin. This has by far been the best RedRobin I’ve been to in decades.
Went back tonight the normal bar tender was off. The gentleman tending bar was completely overwhelmed with the concept of service. I was here for probably 4-5 minutes before he noticed I had “snuck in” and now I’ve been waiting about 15-20 with an empty drink cup and an empty plate and haven’t seen the guy bother to come by.
To make things worse, the tablets are turned off so I can’t just pay and leave.

We had Malisa as our server tonight and she was on it! Always a few steps ahead of our needs. Couldn't have asked for a better server. As always the food is good. The location when we walked in was pretty messy but I'm guessing we just came after a dinner rush and the team was actively cleaning while we were there.
