Red Robin is what I would call, good "fast food" quality, but a sit-down meal. The food is good, nothing spectacular, but fun and great value for portion size. At dinner time, this place is hopping. Expect wait times and your food to take a while. But if you have an appetite and love unlimited refills on drinks and fries then red Robin is the place for you. However, when this place is busy it can get rather dirty, but the service can make up for it as they like to take care of their customers.

It's a family tradition to come here for birthdays so we have a good understanding of what's normal here after 10+ years of celebrating. The customer service is great, but the cleanliness of the dinner ware and portions have suffered.
I understand things aren't the same economically anymore but the portion sizes for those prices aren't reasonable. They're generous with the little baskets of fries some visits but $16 for a BLT w/one slice of bacon is not acceptable.

Fried mozzarella and deep-fried pickles with a cold beer! What's not to love? Shout out to the manager for recommending a Corona with the fried pickles. I forget his name, but big bouncer looking guy.
