I cannot recommend this location. Our service was incredibly slow & frankly she could give 2 craps about actually caring about her job. We had a party of 9 and it did not feel like she put in the effort to take care of us with a smile. I don't know if other stuff outside of our table, but it was definitely felt.
The tables were not level and made it difficult to eat on.
The food was subpar and cold. I got a queso burger and my queso was room temp, not even warm. Drinks were good though.
My brother who is active military was visiting and asked if they offer a military discount before the check came and our servers response was she didn't know and she definitely wasn't going to ask.
POOR POOR service on that one. I don't visit Red Robin very often, but no support for our military, poor service, and subpar food, I can easily see why we don't go often. Just ridiculous.
Price is too high for an upscale Carl's. I'd probably come back if I had a coupon to bring the price down to match the quality. When I pay higher prices, I expect higher quality than what came my way. Or at the very least, an amount of food that takes longer than 3 minutes to consume.
Just a lack of common sense from all areas. I don't think businesses are paying attention to what they are actually in the business to do anymore. Other than the servers. I'd give them 5 stars👍
