If they had a zero star I would give it to them. This place is cheap but run down, dirty and worse. First they gave us a room we didn't pay for. When my wife asked for the room we paid for the gentleman seemed surprised. The first room had holes in the wall and door. I literally felt bad for my children because it was late and they needed to lay down. The second for was filthy. You can tell they don't clean at all. Please please stay away from this place. Buyer beware. Redroof should take their license.

This motel is very clean and well kept/ reasonably great prices/and the staff is so friendly they accommodate you with friendliness and kindness it’s worth the stay

Positive: Location was pretty good. Close to freeway but not too close. Close to several fast food places and a couple restaurants Negative: Very lackluster. No closet on my room Pool was dirty. Service was barely ok. Not friendly but there if you needed him. Negative: ""
