PRO: Super close to the airport, 2 gas station next door, accessible to main roads/highways. Easy to locate, fast check-in, clear instructions. Cameras everywhere and key needed to get access to the bldg, which is good for security. Housekeeping and front desk were nice. Pet area are easy to locate and well-stocked with pet poop bags. CON: No business area/room (e.g. computers, printers, etc.) although the front desk was really helpful making copies for me. That HOSPITALITY ROOM should have been converted to BUSINESS ROOM since there are no breakfast offered in the place. Airport shuttle was abysmal. Did not notify waiting guest that that shuttle has arrived and was right outside so she missed it. She took the next shuttle who picked up people at ARRIVAL and she was then told to get off there when she should be at DEPARTURE. Guest was older so she got lost and had to walk a long distance which was painful for her. Very inconsiderate. I wish they had microwave/fridge.
Had to laugh that it took 35 minutes to be picked up from the airport by the shuttle and the drive to the hotel took about 30 seconds. With that said, clearly a great location to SeaTac! Ruth at the front desk is an icon on the phone, but I was sorry to trouble everyone else for needing to check in.
I will say the bed was very comfortable and the sheets seemed new and clean, which is really what is most important. This hotel simply — works — if you need a bed before an early flight.
