Love going to redtail. I was anti-crossfit for a long time then eventually a friend asked me to come try it. Now I'm hooked! I really enjoy how Tony still works in heavy lifts along with the crossfit regimen. Tony is a great guy and hope to be able to refer more and more people to his gym.
