All the folks down there are solid. Matt in particular is fantastic at what he does. He's knowledgeable and authentic about all aspects of the products. And his depth of knowledge about the products allows him to set you up with exactly what you need, for both budget and work requirements. Warranties and customer service is great. I'm a return customer speaking from many years here and will continue as such, I definitely recommend them.

Walked in and was greeted by a friendly gentleman. Great quality shoes. Spare socks on hand. Was offered several other choices in boots to try on and I ended up going with the first ones I tried on. I ended up buying an all black pair of wide composite toe boots for work. I will be sending the cheaper shoes I purchased off of Amazon back, once I clean off the sand and package them back up nicely. Red Wing shoes, highly recommended by me.

On 10/8/19 I purchased my first pair of Red Wings here, and I'm very happy I did. They didn't have the boot I was looking for, but suggested a few other similar boots. This was very helpful because after making my purchase and reading some reviews I think I ended up with a much better boot for my needs. The guy helping me even offered to oil my boots to aid the break-in process after I asked if they will remain stiff (I purchased a pretty stiff boot).
I cannot yet speak on the durability of their boots, but I am impressed with the level of customer service. I would absolutely reccomend stopping by if you are in need of some quality footwear.
