Kiosk chain renting movies, including new releases (many are located inside stores).

It is ridiculous to have a customer support center in another country! The workers only repeat the same sentences and have no idea what I am saying. I have never experienced worse customer service than this! I have to pay $20 for a movie I returned to receive a $25 refund. But the system is automated and has yet after 2 weeks taken the $20 out to put the $ refund back in.
