The delivery was a week late and everytime I called to get an update I was transferred to a call center in the Philippines where they knew literally nothing about anything.

Hate to blast on somebody this bad, but the dingbat in the office needs to find a new job. Been waiting 3 business days now for a pallet of materials that they seem to think are not important.

They are apparently short handed in the Wenatchee area, but don't seem to do much about it. If I could give ZERO stars for this adventure, I would.
