Really bad service, horrible costumer service. I don't recommend it They fail multiple times to deliver my item, I lost a day of work for been waiting my package, and never got delivered the expected day, 2 days later they call me to reschedule the delivery, also requesting that I have to be at home again, and guess what? Yes they fail again. they can deliver only from 11am to 3pm what a joke. Good luck if u are going to use his service!
Couldn't deliver a small shipment in 6 days within 8 miles. The driver refused to drive in a business park (he was looking in rush for something else) where multiple truck repair shops located and tens of semi trucks visit a day!? Seattle office promised a delivery last night and made us wait until 10 PM but guess what; they did not show up again! No follow up nothing. You can't trust this folks.
