I went in to ask about a sun shade for my pool. It took 5 minutes before someone came to office to help answer my questions. I don't know why but after giving her the dimension of the sun shad she asked me again two minutes later. Only for her to give a response that I should probably just shop on Amazon. Why do they have pictures of sunshades over pools in the office and then tell potential customer to go shop on Amazon. It seems like this company is too busy for new business.
