Julie has been such a help in teaching a sustainable, healthier approach to losing weight and improving long-term lifestyle changes. She is kind and relatable yet keeps you on course with helpful suggestions and gentle nudges. She has helped me switch my decades long mindset of “low calorie” and “quick fixes” that have never worked, to more of a holistic way of taking care of your body and mind long term. I am very happy with the time I spent with Julie. She is very knowledgeable about the interaction with what we eat and how it effects our bodies. I have been able to reverse inflammation and lose weight. I still have work to do but feel Julie has given me the tools I need to meet my personal goals.
