I gave two starts for the positive initial communication. The owner seems to be knowledgeable about products and gives honest recommendation. But after that the execution completely fell apart. We had them install about 400-500sqft of new hardwood, sand entire floor(~1800 sqft), stain and apply three coats of finish. We reached out to them 2 months ahead and they quoted me 2 days for hardwood install, 2 days for sanding, 1 day stain and 2-3 days of coating. Fine, I added 3-4 days of buffer on top of that and made my schedule around that. Guess what happened at the end? 4 days of installation, 6 days of sanding(just sanding!), and at the moment I'm writing the review I don't even know if they put on the first coat or not. It has been a very frustrating experience so far. Delay happened again and again and again, and 80% chance whatever that contractor promised won't happen on time. And worse yet, when delay happens, nobody informed us whatsoever. We had to be there every time and realized ourselves that they failed to deliver again. I am not sure whether in this industry it's normal that people don't take their words seriously or I just ran into a bad installer. I understand there will be always surprise and delays but by no means they should happen every single time, and with such a poor communication after project starts I would not recommend this company to my friends at all.
