Calling to make an appointment. The receptionist speaks like I owe her time and money and I'm begging her to schedule an appointment for me. Why on earth is the receptionist still here with so many bad reviews on Google already?

I suspect the 1 star reviews were either a) a coordinated effort or b) client incompetence. The receptionist and doctors here were super friendly and helpful in our experience, and answered all of our questions respectfully!

The best place to do your immigration medical processing , I first did for my daughter and went back for myself, the Dr. Explains each and every step with updates from the receptionist and thats what I like most.
