A water main maintenance notice announced service interruption from 8am to 4pm. However, it's 8pm now and still no water. No updates via website, text, or phone calls. Office phone is out of business hours; emergency line goes to police, who has no information either. No ETA of service restoration. Terrible work planning, and terrible communications.
