Dr Chen, and Kim, were both professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Results were exactly what I expected. Very pleased with the treatment. I look forward to my next visit.

Been there three times for Botox. First time did not work, paid for second small injection five weeks later, worked super fantastic. Then made appointment again eight months later and this time they used more but had no effect again. Not sure why so hit and miss but with over 1000$ into it, and not being reliably effective I'm going to see if some place else will work.

I have been going to DR chin for 11 years and never had a bad experience and I love her staff Kim at the front desk and Kate her assistant. I recently had a rash on my face and couldn’t get rid of it even went to the dermatologist so I bought DR chins new skincare defenvge. In 3 days it was gone. Amazing. The day I did some microneedling and people were asking why my skin looked so good. And my husband even said it’s totally working. Then I did some cool sculpturing and that has been amazing. Omg to have a flat stomach again and my pants fit way better. I’m so grateful for this place. I love it. And the Botox is amazing ❤️
