I left a five star review, although I have not had a five star experience. My intention here is an attempt to navigate around the sea of incompetence and arrogance that is your reception staff. I made three separate attempts, politely asked they take down my phone number and ask that you would consider returning my call, regarding treatment options under California Senate Bill 380. I then requested an email address where I could contact you, to which I was informed that the entity "does not have E-mail". I tossed around the idea that perhaps the front desk had been misinformed, but my years of experience As an adult have lead me to believe that she may have even sat up a bit straighter in her chair to misinform me, confidently. I will gladly remove this review once your staff can locate my phone number in your call directory, and write it down on a piece of paper, with an ink pen and pass it on to you. Again, I would like it to be known I have yet to have any interaction with Dr. Eva personally, I'm sure she is an outstanding physician, and I look forward to her call. Time, is no longer something I care to waste. I hope your staff is able to see beyond their persona and use this as a learning moment to sharpen their tools. Have a great day.
