If I could give it 0 stars I would. They are a joke and do not hire proper management for properties. There is no manager on property or any responsibility. We currently have 4 trash cans and 3 washers for a 36 unit apartment complex. Do not care about security for its properties at all! They do not fix maintenance problems as needed. They have one under skilled gentleman for 4 properties with no licenses to come in and basically put duct tape on everything. If you can rent elsewhere I would!

Nice place to live good parking but they raise the rent EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. RMI dosent care about their renters I have seen more families forced out because of rent hikes in the last 6 months then I have in 5 years! They are part of the housing problem and have no intention on helping.

I've lived in a duplex they manage for over 10 years and they are amazing at their jobs, responsive to repairs big and small, mind their own business treating all as adults intervening as needed. A stable clean environment I live in
