Flexible hours seemed like a dream come true, but unfortunately it was just a dream. Back to back appointments were rescheduled. The psychologist was nice enough but given the unreliable scheduling, unprofessional diagnosis of an individual without ever meeting them, and billing on a first sessions when the advertising states first session is free (to see if it would be a good fit), I cannot in good conscious recommend them for counseling.

I highly recommend both Jenna and Jim. I have known them both personally and professionally for years. Along with their extensive experience, they are compassionate, warm and down to earth. This allows them to successfully work with a diverse clientle. I know when I refer clients to them, they are definitely in good hands!
