I reached out to Reflections for a pigeon issue. I was a little hesitant about because our first quote for the job was pretty pricey. Ricardo was very responsive, answered all my questions, scheduled a free consultation, arrived when he said he would, and was no BS and straight to the point! Our quote was very reasonable and he even came back out free of charge to walk us through his plan to deal with our little friends. In the end he and his guys arrived on time, did a great job placing spikes in areas where pigeons would frequent, and even got a colored spikes that would match our house. It’s been about 2 weeks now and have not seen any birds and I have not been woken up by the constant annoying cooing of pigeons every morning. I would definitely recommend Reflections for all your bird proofing needs! -Christina
