A fantastic place! Reform Studio is a top tier studio which we are so lucky to have right here in Coeur d'Alene. I love the variety of fun quality classes that focus on building a strong core while strengthening and stretching our muscles. The instructors are highly trained and very personable helping clients to use their bodies properly in good alignment. The barre, Pilates, yoga, reformer, springboard, and aerial fitness all help me improve and maintain my strength for all of the outdoor activities which I enjoy. TRX is coming soon, too. I have met so many wonderful women here (men are also welcome). Plus now the delicious and healthy new Prana Juice Bar and Eatery is right next door. I highly recommend Reform Studio!

Today I set up a private Aerial Silk's class for a bachelorette party. We all had such an amazing time! Will definitely join some of the regular classes during the week, and would strongly recommend for any party event or just for fun! Thank's so much for delivering such a good party for the bride to be!

I heard about Reform Studios through a Facebook promotion. The studio was having a Spring into Summer Challenge. I often get tired of the same workout routine, so I decided to participate in the challenge to switch things up. I was most concerned that the instructors would be critical of my beginner skill level because it is a specialized studio. My worries were put to ease with the first barre class I attended. All the instructors are friendly, encouraging, and promote personal growth (not perfection). I started attending 3 classes a day, including pilates, barre, and aerial silks. As a result, I feel stronger, leaner, and more energized. I especially see improvement in my posture, which is a huge reward for me. I encouraged multiple friends of mine to attended classes with me. None of them have had a bad experience yet. Some have become members. Whatever your current workout routine is (Crossfit, running, gym classes, etc), I would HIGHLY recommend incorporating Reform Studios into it.
