I recently joined this Pilates studio to break out of my workout rut and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Despite knowing nothing about Pilates, Jules, the instructor, has made me feel incredibly comfortable. She's great at simplifying the terminology and movements, so I never feel overwhelmed.
I've learned that Pilates is all about time under tension, and even though it's a low-impact exercise, you definitely feel the burn when done correctly. The studio itself is beautiful, being brand new, and the prices are unbeatable compared to other studios.
I ended up signing up for a membership, which requires a 3-month minimum contract, but I believe it's worth every penny. Jules truly believes that Pilates should be accessible to everyone, and I love that sentiment. Just a heads up, you'll need a mat and grippy socks for the reformers.
What's even better is that the first class is free, and for the entire month of April, all classes are introductory for newbies like me. Starting in May, Jules will be introducing different levels for more advanced students, which I think is fantastic for those looking to challenge themselves.
Overall, I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to try Pilates. The welcoming atmosphere, Jules' expertise, and the great prices make it a wonderful place to start your Pilates journey.
Jules is the best! I worked with her after a severe back injury that landed me in bed for 4 months! Jules can work with anyone regardless of their fitness level or flexibility. She takes time to create modifications to work with your specific needs. I've left her classes feeling super relaxed in one and definitely challenged in more advanced classes.
This studio is beautiful! A spa-like setting with excellent equipment and special attention to details. Everything is brand new and spotless. There are plenty of reformers and lots of space.
Try a free class and you will fall in love like I did!
