Delivery and pick up only before 2:30 pm. They don’t load or unload even if you are 2 minutes late to check in after 2:30 pm. No truck stop near by. Plenty of parking available on streets and near Americold warehouse on West Rose street. There is a Cenex pump near the Americold warehouse. One can park at the wide empty area near Americold warehouse and use restrooms at cenex pump. I was struck here on a day with heat warning in effect , I requested the lady at receiving via intercom phone. But she bluntly refused to unload and told me to come next morning. So I was punished to wait for 16 hours in hot and humid weather just for being 10 minutes due to the 2 hour loading time taken by the shipper Stryder in Kent, WA . It was 270 miles and I drove non stop 🛑 to delivery place. But still I was by 10 mintues. Rules are made to be followed , but punishing someone for no fault is out of my understanding.
I would like to request the management of this facility to please do the needful either by extending the shipping/receiving hours or by providing a clean restrooms for drivers. After we all are humans .
