It's a shame to leave a negative review because I do like the arcade and reclining seats but as other reviewers mentioned there was flying bugs during a recent showing. Nobody wants to deal with flying bugs zooming around you and the screen during a movie. Probably won't be bringing anyone here anymore

Overpriced. They don't answer their phones. Always busy, long lines and hidden fees. The 15 year old employees all have terrible attitudes and customer service. You will 100% be stuck next to a stranger or behind a couple with 5 screaming kids that they cant control. Save $30 and go to the Cornelius Cinema. Half the price, less busy, nicer Recliners.

Theatre was filthy and my seat was covered with soda that I had to clean up. There were multiple employees standing around socializing and texting, yet there was a massive line for concessions. The employee at the entrance was blatantly playing a game on his phone( not even trying to hide it) and not checking people in. When we made the concessions employee aware that no one scanned our tickets they shrugged and went about what they were doing. Upon entering our assigned theatre another employee rushed towards us and said we needed to return to the front to have our tickets scanned. All in all a pretty negative experience.
