Very Reactive! Last night, the faucet broke. They were very professional, able to arrive earlier than expected, and found another potential leak from a plastic angle valve that I wasn't even aware was dripping, saving me from a massively expensive disaster in the future. Along with replacing the faucet for which I had initially called them, they also replaced those valves with high-quality brass fittings. Overall, I'm very happy and have no hesitations in recommending them!
