All personal from Manger to her supervisor do not care about caring for properties in their list. They are an awful management company, who would hire this company to manage their property,.do not recommend anyone renting from this company or hiring them to manage you property. Their rating tells it all

I have to say working with Regency was unexpectedly pleasant! Most of the time PM is hard to reach and a little cold.
I had the pleasure of connecting with Liz, at the Regency office and she was responsive, helpful and all around I felt she was looking out for me. She went above and beyond to meet my needs

This management company has left my disabled brother without heat for two years. Many requests made by him and me, with no response whatsoever. They are in violation of ADA and there are many infractions that have been unaddressed for years. DONOT RENT from any of their properties. Slum lords at best, at worst, inhuman.
