Not trust worthy company. Rented an office space, I left my valuable equipment in a box overnight came to find the box disappeared, contacted the company they do not have access to the security cameras and they were not even apologetic.

I am a tenant at the Regust in Renton location. I periodically use the conference rooms for meeting with clients, and staff members Courtney and Cassandra have been exceptionally helpful in ensuring that I have what I need to meet with clients in the conference rooms. I appreciate their helpfulness and I have a wonderful experience with thanks to their assistance!

When you sign up for a multi-month agreement and you are no longer in need of the services there is no way to get out. There is no early termination fee. There is no way to get out. Customer service will not bend because you signed an agreement and there is absolutely nothing they will do to help you. As a multi-year customer who was intending to start service in another location I am frustrated and very turned off by working with Regus at any time in the future.
