I travel routinely throughout the United States and use many Regus locations as my office. In all my travels, I must say that Amy and her staff at the Regus-Tacoma, Washington location are second to none. Their friendly demeanor, always cheerful disposition and outstanding professionalism make this office my favorite place to work from. Bravo Tacoma Team, you are in a class all by yourselves.
Sincerely, Shawn McElhinney Regus Client
Horrible experience with promises not kept and kept our 2500 deposit After looking for office space in Tacoma, we selected what we thought to be an awesome corner office at the Tacoma Regus. We had a handshake deal which fell through a few days later when the current tenant decided to stay for a few additional months. We were instructed to move in (to an interior office) and wait for a month or two until the office would become available. It never did. We were stuck in the interior office (although paying a rate for an exterior office) which had no HVAC. I am light sensitive (subject to migraines) and could spend little time in the office. We use a VOIP phone system which wasn't supported because of bandwidth issues. We worked with their IT department and found that should they increase their bandwidth our phones would work fine - however they wouldn't do so. Eventually we relocated to another office in Tacoma. They kept $400 to turn the office of our $3000 deposit and told us we would be refunded the remaining $2600. It has been a year - each time we call on it we are promised that someone will look into the accounting and let us know when we can expect our deposit returned. Now we are told that the deposit was wired to us June of 2018 (it is now February of 2019). I offered to provide copies of my bank statements showing we received no such wire - but am given the same "we will look into it and call you back." We have used many other executive suites for our offices and had great experiences. We have even been in a different Regus building with a more positive experience. But this place takes the cake for taking advantage of us over in so many ways.
