Rather than drive 1-1/2 hours (back & forth) to a retail out to return $120 pair of shoes bought online(REI sent the wrong item), I sent it back via UPS. It's now been 8 days and I've ben advised it's going to another 6 days before the even get to log-in and process my return. Compare & contrast to Amazon that credits your CC when you drop your return immediately upon drop off to the local UPS store. Lesson learned: if you have ANY doubts, buy AND return only from REI's retail outlets. Or buy online from Amazon.

This needs to be renamed. I searched for "REI near me" and was surprised to see one close by in Sumner. I was not happy when I got there and found out it was a distribution center and not a retail store.

Lesson learned, check the listings more closely before hitting the navigate button and driving to a place.
