Sherry was very gentle and kind to my elderly cat. The grooming was quick and my cat didn't seem to mind it all! Sherry was professional and clearly knows what she’s doing. I’d recommend her without hesitation.

Quite literally the rudest owner I’ve ever spoken to. She was completely unprofessional. If she cares for the animals the same way she cares about her customer service I strongly recommend going somewhere else. I notified her I was 5 minutes away. After waiting 10 min I called to let her know I was there and she proceeded to berate me for texting instead of calling. I realize I may have misheard but you don’t speak to your clients like they are idiots. The amount of detailed directions to get to this place is ridiculous. I didn’t see the inside but the outside was unkempt and looked a little sketchy. After her reaction to me calling (which my husband overheard) I said no thank you I’m leaving.

Very happy with the service. I was dreading what my older, long haired mane coon would have to go through at the vet just to get some tough matting removed. Schari definitely knows what she is doing. I was worried about my older kitty having to be sedated but she assured me that it wasn't necessary. The appointment was fairly quick and the price was far better than what I would have had to pay a vet for such extensive matting removal. I highly recommend this business for your pet grooming needs. Schari has the experience to keep your pets looking and feeling great.
