We absolutely loved our wedding day at Rein Fire Ranch. The venue owners put so much care and thought into the venue and are with you every step of the process. We had a ton of questions about the day, that Rich answered thoughtfully and quickly. They also offered planning meetings to ensure our day was everything that we wanted.
We and the guests absolutely loved our time at the venue. RFR offers a "bar mule" that guests can pet an interact with. They absolutely loved the mule (Percy), and had some much fun giving Percy pets and love. They also loved getting to take wagon rides around the venue at sunset and this provided for a fun activity for everyone.
The grounds of the venue were absolutely beautiful and well manicured for our day. It is set up in a way that has a very cool and unique flow - there is a dedicated ceremony space and an outdoor bar that folks can enjoy for cocktail hour, as well as a separate reception barn and fire pit. There are a wide variety of beautiful plants and trees that provide lots of shade. Our guests loved walking around the area and seeing all the beauty it had to offer. We also enjoyed exploring some of the property for wedding party photos via the venue's wagon add on.
We also hired Rich as our MC, and George as our DJ and bar-manager. Every piece of the day was outstanding. Rich knows how to run the show. George had everyone on the dance floor all night, and the three bars were all hits. Rich even drove the wedding party in a tractor straight from the ceremony to the cabana bar before we took a ride out to a picturesque tree area. They really do it all!

It is an absolutely beautiful venue and it would be hard to picture my sister's wedding say any other location! Rich and George were there every step of the way and they were so incredibly helpful and made the wedding flow beautifully. I will definitely recommend this to anyone in the future. From a carriage ride and Petunia the mule there were so many unique things here that you wouldn't even think of!
