I truly wish I could give 0 stars or negative stars to this company and this location in particular.I have used Reitmans for decades and never had a problem in the past. Now, during a global pandemic they are rude, dismissive and their customer service at head office is utterly unhelpful. I will never use this company again. Buy from somewhere else fellow shoppers. Give yourself money and loyalty to a company that cares about their customers.

I had called this store to find out if they have a certain colour and size for a spring jacket that i really liked, I was giving the sales person the product code as well and without checking she assumed that she had the product on hand, I had driven all the way from Surrey to get this item. Apparently when I got there saw that they had put a different item on hold both colour and style was not right. I even said to the sales person that I was giving you the product code, she said oh I am sorry I made a mistake. Her mistake cost me my time and money driving all the way there....

Love the ladies who work here. They are always helpful and get you what you need. I love their clothes too. Just bought two skorts and two shirts. Love Reitmans ❤️
