I highly recommend this store for having a great selection of office chairs and for providing customer service that goes above and beyond the norm. I accidentally damaged the arm of my home office chair. Store manager Aaron took ownership of the issue. He got replacement parts from the factory and had a technician complete the repair. Pasadena is fortunate to have this exceptional store.
