I rarely leave reviews but this business deserves one. Ron Erb is the Manager at the Studio City location as is one of the most caring and knowledgable experts on back support and chairs I have ever met. He educated me, shared invaluable knowledge and never once pushed me for a sale. He also took his valuable to help me fix my Life Form chair. I am so grateful to Ron and the excellent service he gave me. Highly recommend this business!

I purchased an office chair from Relax the Back over 15 years ago. When an arm on the chair broke, I went back to the Studio City store to find out how to buy a replacement part. The store manager Ron found some parts they had in storage and did the repair for me at no charge! I rarely see this level of customer support. In addition, I was looking at massage chairs. Ron was extremely knowledgeable about the differences in features found in their wide selection. These guys are really good at what they do and they support their customers.

This place is great! The showroom is not that big, but It’s Relax The Back, so it has the products you’re going there for, but what makes this place truly special is Ron, the manager. He goes above and beyond and offers a level of friendly customer service that you’d expect only from a small town vendor on main street that you’ve know your whole life. Leaps and bounds over any level of service and support that you’d expect from a chain store on Ventura! I’ll be a customer for life, as long as Ron’s there, at least!
