Relaxed Heating and Air called me within 24 hours of requesting service through my home warranty company American Home Shield. They were able to schedule Bobby to come by the next day. It only took him a few minutes of diagnosing the condenser to figure out that the fuses and capacitor were blown due to power outages in my neighborhood over the winter. He replaced the fuses and capacitor as that was covered by my warranty, but he had to perform a remodeling of the high voltage line which warranty did not cover. He was extremely professional and explained every detail to me regarding the issue. After I gave the go ahead to make the repair he was done within 30 minutes. Bobby was very nice and professional and I will be using their services again for maintenance.

Avoid speaking to Tom (he may have given me a fake name) as he was very rude and unprofessional. The lady is much nicer to speak to. They indicated it would take a couple days to submit inspection report to warranty company. Hopefully we can get this submitted sooner given the heat wave we are experiencing.

The company was able to send out a technician today after placing a service request this morning. The technician was very thorough and professional. I got this company through Fidelity Home Warranty and am so impressed with them.
