They come, charge you pretending they need a deposit to order a part and never come back or give an answer from the fake phone number they give.

The price that they told me on the phone was different from the actual repair. The technician spend 2 minutes here and charged 150 dollars. In addition, was super late for the service.When I complain about it, the person from the company was rude with me. I don't recommend this place.

They keep insisting that they repaired our water heater but no! They only changed some parts, made us wait a long time, took our money & left us when they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it even though I already told them what the PG & E tech said needs to be done. They said it's not related to the job I hired them for. Baloney!!! Don't make the mistake of hiring them or even calling them at all! They should change their company name to UNRELIABLE! Same on them!
