I have had many storage units, both in kitsap county and elsewhere... this location exceeded my expectations...this location is well managed and easy to work with (access / location / security). In particular, the manager of this location (Kelso?) is extremely helpful and professional.

We have been Reliable Storage customers on and off for 25+ years and never have had any problems. We are so appreciative to Linda the manager for making our latest downsizing to a new unit easy! Her customer service was the best. She made everything clear, concise and cheered us on! Best on Bainbridge.

We love Reliable Storage and Julie was fantastic in helping us choose the right unit for our needs. Our entire process has been smooth and easy. We rent two units and have had nothing but a great experience. 10/10
