Kingston branch is all self service FYI. No manager on site and when I went to call them (during business hours) I was unable to get through.
However, after hearing about this their CS team reached out and were very apologetic and were able to help so serious props for that.

Carol was so helpful in showing us how everything worked and helping us get settled. The unit was very clean as was the truck which we borrowed to move our stuff. I had used Reliable Storage 10 years ago and got great service both times. Now my daughter is renting a unit too.
