On Sunday 4/7 I discovered my unit unlocked. I had called on Friday and Saturday to get a problem with my phone ap and neither person was able to help. On Sunday scarred about the unlocked unit and they notified the manager at Silverdale to look into the problem. In the meantime the lady helped me with the phone and I got it fixed. That's when I discovered the unit being unlocked was my fault I hadn't pushed the lock button.
