I worked with Adam and his team for the sale of my house. The past two years prior I tried two different agent from the Seattle area that didn’t fully understand the nuanced differences between f selling a house in Thurston county. While their marketing did draw a large number of showings, very few of those showing resulted in suitable buyers. Within the first month of working with Adam we had over 60 showings with well qualified buyers. I think his greatest attribute was his ability to remain calm keep all parties relaxed when things get stressful. While his commission is high he is a master of contracts and will get the job done.
