We just bought our first home with Diana and I’m convinced she’s the only realtor we will ever need.
When we started the process, we were new to the area, to home buying, and to the competitive market—needless to say, there was an overwhelming amount to learn. From the very first call, Diana immediately put our minds at ease and took such good care of us at every step of the process that by closing day, we felt like experts.
Working with Diana is like having a trusted friend go to work for you. Right off the bat she connected us with a great lender and then quickly understood our home/neighborhood requirements, which was made even more challenging with how low inventory was. Despite that, every conversation we had with Diana made us more confident and excited about finding our home. We could always count on her expertise, experience, and most importantly, honesty (she keeps it REAL) with all of our questions about properties, locations, renovation costs, and prices/value—to which she was responsive day and night.
When we found our home, Diana helped us make a competitive offer and then negotiated in our best interest, factoring in things like repairs fairly. While we enjoyed some time out of town, Diana was on top of every detail, big and small, from offer acceptance to handling a sink repair on our behalf so that we could move in with peace of mind!

We first met with Diana in March for our initial meeting to discuss our budget, cities of interest and our hard yes and nos. At first, the thought of buying a house, for us, was really scary. We didn’t know where to begin - but after having talked with Diana initially back in mid 2022 and finally sitting down with her this year and being in contact with a lender, things started to ease up. With Diana by our side, the thought of home buying being a scary thought, quickly vanished. Diana was really there for us and helped us understand a lot of things that we hadn’t even thought of. There were times when we were trying to love the house, even though there were a few hard nos about the location/home, and Diana would talk to us and remind us that we could keep looking, that the home would come and that we shouldn’t settle. After all, this is a big purchase, the biggest purchases in our lives up to this point. We submitted a handful of offers and when we didn’t get selected or even get a counter offer, Diana was always positive and made us feel that it would all be okay and that the right home would come to us. Diana asked us a lot of questions when she saw our interest in the home, which really gave us perspective that again we had not thought of. We really appreciated this the most about her.
We would have never in a million years thought that our home buying process would be so quick. Having just started our search a few months ago and being in escrow shortly after was all so surreal. Diana really made this process go by so quickly and smoothly. I remember my husband and I having a conversation about how crazy putting an offer is and how quickly we could be on the back burner with many cash offers or others outbidding us. We really thought we wouldn’t be homeowners. Diana has a magic touch and will really go all out for you to make your dreams a reality.
